Hello, 

I attached a short video. I want to know how can I put the red square in the back of the logo and to have red where black is inside it.

There are a few ways this could be achieved in Affinity, however each option can depend on how your document is created.

Would you be willing to provide a copy/sample of the document shown in your recording, so I can advise specifically for this object?

No problem at all, many thanks for providing this for me!

Personally, I would select the white badge 'Curves' layer, and then use the Divide operation from the top toolbar.

This will split the single layer into multiple Curve objects - allowing you to selective choose the 'insides' of the shape, and recolour them as required -
