Astrophotography Stacking

Hi all, I am having trouble with the stacking module with my Flat frames, they don't show on the screen like all the other calibration files, on the odd occasion some of them will work but mostly they won't. I have re-taken the flats with several different software's sharpcap, altair and nina but still the same, the flats work with DSS and ASTAP  I was hoping you could help me.
