Hi - I'm having problems getting spelling to work in Affinity Publisher (mac) v1.10.5. I'm based in Hong Kong, but using English for all documents and projects. My OS keyboard is set to UK English, but every time I try to check spelling in Publisher (Text > Spelling > Check Spelling), I get the error message "Unsupported Languages: Document contains languages (en-HK) for which no dictionary is installed".

This happens on any document I create in Publisher. Also, auto-correct check spelling as you type, is not working.

Strangely, if I go to "Text > Spelling > Spelling Options...", I get a list of miss-spelled words or words not in the dictionary, and I can correct them here. But its tedious and not really the way it should work.

Anyone have a solution to this?

Nick

If you put the cursor in a text field, and then look in the Character panel, what Languages are available in the Spelling field pull-down?
