Will Jones
Before I begin I am very sorry if I have categorised this wrong I have gone into affinity photo version 1.10.5.1342 and when I have done to use the basic brush it is working as if there is a low opacity filter on it, I have tried messing with the settings and that did nothing, neither did resetting the brushes. It is probably some really simple fix but I do not know what to do so some help would be helpful Edited March 20, 2022 by Will Jones
walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. Your screenshot does not seem to have uploaded properly. One guess: With the Brush Tool selected, check whether the Wet Edges property is set. It will be on the right end of the Context Toolbar, and you may need to click on the >> icon on the Context Toolbar to see it, depending on your screen and window widths. If it's on, try turning it off and see if that helps.
