John Restrepo Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Hello. I have an InDesign file that I converted to .idml because I transitioned to Affinity. I used the Data Merge Manager to import the data that I want populated in the .idml file and it appears in the Fields window. I watched a video that shows how to select each field in the document (syntax = <<field>>) and replace it with the data, but this would take a very long time (there are dozens of fields I need replaced with data). InDesign allowed me to preview the document populated with all of the data and print it to pdf. Does Affinity not have a function to replace all of the fields with the Data Merge data? Thanks in advance Grant Quote
