I need a idea for my layout

I have ready a book (pdf) that is divided into 10 topics. Each theme is also divided into two parts and each part into three smaller ones.

 

All the work is in a single file, so my question is: 
how do you advise me to save the themes so that the layout is more comfortable: one by one or maybe Affinity has an option to separate 
parts of a pdf file and place them in the document as needed?

I'm not sure if I really understand your question I'm afraid are you trying to split your file into multiple smaller files?
