I have a multipage pdf with a native format of A4, which I need to setup to print on an 8x10 template. I'm happy for each page image to scale to fit the print area (which will mean shrinking top-to bottom to fit and leaving spaces to the sides).

I'm seem to have managed it once before, last year, but I don't have a note of how I did it and I can't rediscover the method.

I can see that I could:

- place the doc in a picture box

- duplicate the page

- in each copy, select a different page for display

But since this document is about 160 pages, and I don't recall doing that before, I'm looking for a quicker method.

If I "add pages from file" and then reapply master, I get a "rescale" dialogue box, but his doesn't seem to maintain organisation within the page.

I thought I found a "rescale" option before that did the job.

Hi Andy Jones,
Welcome to the forums :)

If you import your PDF into Affinity and then go to File > Spread Setup you will find a dimensions tab that allows you to change page dimensions and next to that a scaling tab that allows you to control how your page objects will scale in relation to the new page size.

Thanks
