is there a possibility to create diagonal guides in affinity designer?

You can’t create diagonal guides but you can create a grid with diagonal lines – see attached screenshot.
It’s not quite the same as having diagonal guides but it might be useful in some cases.

Or just create your own diagonal guide lines, group their layers together, place that group to the bottom of the layer's panel, lower their opacity and lock all (so they can't be moved accidently around). - This way you then create your own/individually custom help lines the way you need or want them to be.
