HI, not had this before but today if i use the place command in publisher, photos or designer and navigate to my folder location hat contains eps files, i can not see any of them

If I go to open command the files are there so location is correct, it is like the whole place command has stopped seeing any files

Running latest version of all 3 apps on windows 10 pro latest update

attached two screen shots, first one shows the empty folder when using the 'place' command

Second one shows the folder correctly with all its contents when using the open command

What has gone on here with the place command, hope someone can help with this

Have tried obvious like restarting, all updates software etc

many thanks
Wes

Hi, @wezers73 and welcome to the forums.

In the first screenshot you have selected a text box. If you then try to place a file, it shows only text files like .txt

You must deselect the text box and should then be able to select all supported file formats.
