Document Size Problem

Hi there I am experiencing a recurring problem. I can’t get to set the document (Print (Press Ready)) 8.5” x 11” Affinity Designer (Ipad) will stubbornly continue to change it to 9”x11” causing a printing area discrepancy, … We also tried other formats and units, and nothing seems to work. I will appreciate any guidance regarding this issue. Thanks a lot!
