S5 20-60 kit lens profile

I am trying to find a lens profile for my S5 kit lens, have watched and followed the tutorial vid and used Lens fun to download MIL Panasonic.xml and then copied and pasted in to lens profile, quit and reopen affinity but still nothing shows in the Lens Profile box when developing a RAW file using this lens,   help if possible required

That lens is not in mil-panasonic.xml yet, it's still a pull request at https://github.com/lensfun/lensfun/issues/1513

I've extracted the data into the attached file, try that instead
