Publisher two-page spreads: how to start with last page

Recommended Posts

I'm used to building documents with two-page spreads in InDesign that start with the final page positioned next to page one (print-ready). So, page four is on the left, page one is on the right, then pages two and three are in a two-page spread beneath. I am new to AP. Is there an easy way to do this? Am I missing something? Thanks.

Hi Greybeard53,
welcome to the Affinity forums!

If I understand right you want to see the last page next to the first page and both at the beginning of the document / in the Pages Panel. In Affinity you need to create a section to enable this visual page order. To do so you would choose "Left" as the starting page in your document + add a Section on the right page of the first spread to make it page number 1. Then you'll have to assign the according page number to the first, left page of your document, here for instance it's page 8:
