modules (.afassets)

I downloaded several modules( paper farms), those were loaded automatically and I can't find them anywhere, neither in plugin nor in module etc.
where are they please

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @zorgon.

Please look in the Assets panel. Depending on the application you're using, you might need to use the menu items View > Studio > Assets and possibly View > Studio > Show Left Studio to make that panel visible.

yes I have already done this manipulation but the folders are empty, after several tries I installed them manually but it's a shame

Then perhaps you did not actually tell My Account to install them? A screenshot of your My Account dialog (with some info obscured if necessary) might help. Also a screenshot of your Assets panel.

That does seem odd. I'm  not sure, though, what you  mean by "folders".

Here's what I see in the Assets panel, after those packs were automatially installed:

Right. But if you've installed manually then probably those are the ones you installed. You can tell for sure whether they were automatically installed or if you installed them.

Select one. Below I selected Fog Overlays. Then click the panel Preferences/Settings icon (also called the burger menu). You will see "Delete Category" as an option if you installed it manually, or "Uninstall Pack" if it was automatically installed via My Account:
