Curtis Laipple Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 Hi, I've owned a Sigma 60-600mm zoom lens now for well over a couple/few years and still haven't seen a correction profile anywhere for it... Does any one know why this is?... This has been my "go-to" lens for some time now and with no "auto-correction" available, it makes post processing a bit more of an involved process... It's not "the end of the world" or anything, by any means, but I am curious why this lens is not supported anywhere that I've looked so far.. If there is, in fact, a profile available that's compatible with Affinity Photo, a point in the right direction would be most appreciated... Thanks so much, Curtis Laipple Quote
Ron P. Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 Welcome to the forum @Curtis Laipple, The Sig 60-600mm is an unusual lens. I shot primarily Sig lenses, and loved the 150-600. It appears that it's not supported yet in Affinity. Serif uses Lensfun for their camera/lens correction database. Going to the Lensfun website, there's a link there about Calibrating a lens for usage in lens correction database.
