rneedle1 Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 Folks, This must be a standard question but I am unable to find or figure out an answer. I wish to print a book on an Epson p800 home printer. The booklet format works well and, lacking duplex printing, I print each sheet manually. However, I would like to include icc color profiles. I have Affinity Photo, Photoshop, and Lightroom. I also have Create Booklet 2.0. Should I export as a pdf and if so which format.? Obviously I don't want CMYK and prefer a non sRGB color space, though this is not a deal breaker. I think that this question of widespread interest to DIY printers. Thanks in advance for your help! Richard Quote
Staff Callum Posted January 20, 2022 Staff Posted January 20, 2022 Hi Richard, Welcome to the forums Are you printing directly from Affinity for via a different app? If you are printing from Affinity you should be able to select the Colour Management option from the Print Menu and then select your printer profile etc. If you are printing outside of Affinity I would recommend applying the profile you would like to your document and then exporting to a format such as PDF with embed ICC profile ticked in the export options and the ICC profile dropdown set to Use Document Profile. Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
