scaricare i Bundle ricevuti con la licenza

Buongiorno.

Ho acquistato ieri la licenza Affinity photo e sono compresi alcuni bundle per cosi dire in omaggio.

uno sono  riuscito a scaricarlo impiegando un bel po di tempo, mentre gli altri mi dice che è impossibile scaricarli ed installarli.

Qualcuno ha qualche suggerimento?

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

It would help to know which bundles have problems, and what the error message says. Also what OS you use.

Suggestions:

  1. Try closing the application, then restarting it and then try downloading again.
  2. Try signing out in the My Account dialog and signing in again.
  3. As a workaround, you can download them directly from https://affinity.store/account/downloads and unzip and then install manually.

My mac has the OS HIGH SIERRA VERS operating system. 10.13.6.

The message that appears is the following: "bundle download failed. Unable to install one or more packages".

Sorry to hear that.

The error message you mentioned is (I think) from the automatic download/install that is part of the My Account (Content Synchronization) function.

What happened when you tried to download manually from your account at the Affinity Store. That is a separate way of downloading, using normal web browser functions, and if it fails it would give a different message.

Vi aggiorno sul mio quesito.... ieri dopo numerosi tentativi falliti son riuscito a scaricare tutti i bundle tranne uno, lo snow con 40 tipi. 

ormai ci rinuncio anche perchè credo che comunque non li userò mai o quasi mai.

per me le fotografie devono rispettare la realtà, capisco elaborarle un poco ma senza stravolgerle.

Però mi domando: se il software in questione funziona come il loro sito di download forse rinuncerò ad utilizzarlo e passerò ad altri software.

Voi come vi trovate?

You still haven't provided any details of the failure when you try to download the file directly from your account at https://affinity.store/account/downloads. If that is failing, as I think you said above, then that's more an issue of your browser, your OS, your anti-virus programs, or your network connection.
