Margo Bevi Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 I purchased Affinity Designer from Microsoft November of 2018. I cannot open this software after a current Windows update. I am unable to locate the product code on the invoice from Microsoft. I have a copy of my purchase along with an order number if needed. Please help. Thank you. Quote
GarryP Posted November 14, 2021 Posted November 14, 2021 Welcome to the forums @Margo Bevi If you purchased from Microsoft then you will not have a product key – registration of applications is handled by the store itself. All you should need to do is go to the Microsoft Store and install the application again, unless you have changed your Microsoft Store credentials since you installed the application last. Quote
