Hello in the round :)

 

I've been the proud owner of a couple of weeks :) Affinity Affinity Designer and Photo. I bought the programs because they me very proffesionell appeared (which they of course), and because I did not want to deliver Adobe :) The Adobe software is good and well worth its price but I really have a problem with the Cloud.

 

I am in the marketing / advertising autonomously and create for my clients, among others: ads, flyers, business cards, etc. In the past I have worked with Adobe and Corel. After a system change (MAC), I tried to work with open source software. Uses I: Gimp, Inkscape and Scribus. However, the only program that I from time to time use Scribus. But I want to work only with Affnity but with missing there still one or the other Worklow.

 

Of course I know that no Affinty Designer DTP Program is but I have already created one or the other display for customers. However, I have taken for the beta version, because the PDF / X-3 is able to export and you can more accurately set the millimeter details. Although I since yesterday big problems with the new beta have :( When PDF / X-3 Export the program stürtz from).

 

My question to you: Is there someone who Affinity also uses for commercial purposes, and has already found itself a workflow? Or is the use of Affinity Designer not suitable for my project?

Hallo in die Runde :)

 

ich bin seit ein paar Wochen stolzer Besitzer :) von Affinity Designer und Affinity Photo. Ich habe mir die Programme gekauft, weil Sie mir sehr proffesionell erschienen (das sind sie natürlich auch) und weil ich mich Adobe nicht ausliefern wollte :) Die Software von Adobe ist zwar gut und auch ihren Preis wert aber ich habe wirklich ein Problem mit der Cloud. 

 

Ich bin im Bereich Marketing/Werbung selbstständig und erstelle für meine Kunden unter anderen: Anzeigen, Flyer, Visitenkarten etc. In Vergangenheit habe ich mit Adobe und Corel gearbeitet. Nach einem Systemwechsel (MAC), habe ich versucht mit Open Source-Software zu arbeiten. Verwendet habe ich: Gimp, Inkscape und Scribus. Jedoch ist das einzige Programm was ich ab und an mal benutze Scribus. Ich möchte aber nur noch mit Affnity arbeiten aber mit fehlt da noch der ein oder andere Worklow.

 

Ich weiß natürlich, dass Affinty Designer kein DTP-Program ist aber ich habe da auch schon die ein oder andere Anzeige für Kunden erstellt. Allerdings habe ich dafür die Beta-Version genommen, weil die  PDF/X-3 exportieren kann und man noch genauer die Millimeter-Angaben setzen kann. Wobei ich seit gestern große Probleme mit der neuen Beta habe :( Beim  PDF/X-3-Export stürtz das Programm ab).

 

Meine Frage an Euch: Gibt es hier jemanden, der Affinity auch für kommerziele Zwecke einsetzt und bereits für sich einen Workflow gefunden hat? Oder ist der Einsatz von Affinity Designer nicht für meine Vorhaben geeignet?

What problems have you been having when exporting to PDF/X-3? The latest beta build has many PDF export and import improvements. Perhaps you could download and install it to see if your issue is resolved.

Welche Probleme haben Sie schon mit beim Export in PDF / X-3? Die neueste Beta Build hat viele PDF-Export und Import Verbesserungen. Vielleicht haben Sie es herunterladen und installieren, um zu sehen, ob das Problem behoben ist könnte.
