NELCHAI Posted August 27, 2021 Share Posted August 27, 2021 I just bought the triplet and several other items. [ yes,, noob ] I am trying to install on a win 10 system. When I click to open the file for Publisher, I get the Windows ap store billboard. It asks - How do you want to open this file? Look for an ap in the Microsoft Store? I don't know which ap if any is appropriate for opening a DMG file. I don't understand why I would need another ap to open this one. What should I do? Thanks And Hello! GarryP Posted August 28, 2021 Share Posted August 28, 2021 Welcome to the forums @NELCHAI If you have a DMG file then it sounds like you have purchased the Mac version of the software rather than the Windows version. You can contact affinity@serif.com to ask for a refund, after which you can purchase the correct version of the software. If it is a good copy of the file for the software, I'll probably just keep it - put it on the mac - and have a backup ability, I'll buy a copy for my win 10 tonight.
