Text Frame is missing

Layers/ Character/ Paragraph/Text Styles are all present, but the Text Frame tab is missing.

I've tried reopening several times, but it's not there.

I'm on Win 10 pro 10.0.19043

"View" - "Studio" - make sure "Text Frame" is ticked.
