Hi

I a totally new user to affinity photo I must say I love it only problem is I am getting constant crashes blue circles and lag when i use affinity 1.9.2 when the new upgrade 1.10 came i installed it and got even worse i use it for a few minutes than i get a blue circle and boom it crashes everytime i decided to rather stay on version 1.9.2 which i can use for at least a hour before it crashes.

This is not good for a new user to experience this I like the software but wow the experience is killing me.

Is the any settings you guys suggest

My specs

Windows 10

I7 7700K

32g mem

1050nvidia + 8gb nvidia

Hi LegacyPix!

The standard-hint is to try with deactivated Hardware Acceleration (Edit > Preferences > Performance). If this doesn't help - have you made any changes in the Preferences? I experienced that my AfPhoto crashes after I activated "High Precision" in the Preferences > Tools > Tablet Input Method. The standard is "Low Precision". Even "Windows Ink" seems to work for me.
