I'm seeing this error after upgraded to 1.10.

My laptop is MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports).

My Affinity Photo was purchased via Mac AppStore and upgraded via it.

My Affinity Designer was purchased directly from serif.com and upgraded from the prompt window when I launch the application.

Now I am no longer able to use both of them!

The crash reports are attached.

Hi @Danny LinWelcome to the forums.

Can you try the following for me to see if the app will start up again.

Hold down the CTRL key and open the app, when the window appears, release the key. Now make sure the first 3 options are enabled and then also enable the last one (Reset user data) and then click Clear.

If the apps still crash, repeat the process enabling the last option as well but this time also enable the one to Reset Assets and then click Clear.

Thanks a lot, Lee, for your help.

This really helps! Happy to be back to my Photo/Designer!
