Hello,

I downloaded the newest versions (1.9.2) of all three Affinity programs through my account on the website but I can't update any of these three programs. Every time I double click the exe files I get the error message "Setup failed". I have already done the steps that are suggested in another thread on this forum. But that didn't help. Originally I wanted to update Affinity Designer but I uninstalled the version that was installed on my PC after the first time of the error so that I don't hav Designer anymore installed. The other two programs are still installed without the new update (installed versions: 1.9.1).

I attatched the log files from the temp folder of all three programs to this thread that someone could help me.

Thanks in advice for your help.

Hi @tennistimmiWelcome to the forums.

From taking a look at all three setupUI log files they are all reporting the your C:\ drive doesn't have enough disk space available for the apps to install. In general all three apps will take up about 3GB of space after the install. However the installs require more as they need to extract the files to install them. Please check the space available on your C:\ drive, if you have another internal drive available you can edit the install path to use that instead which is part of the installation. Another option would be to run disk clean up on the drive and get rid of any unwanted files or redundant apps that may be installed to free up some space.
