Vectors Not Preserved in Several Export Formats (split)

You've used erase blend mode on the distressed layers, which will rasterise anything within its layer group.

This is doable within Designer but may take an age and may be hit and miss with the boolean operations - I'd recommend using an external trace app to do this by exporting each layer at high resolution (change colours to black first) and use something like ImageVectorzer or the Free Vectorize - paste back then you may have to resize then apply colour swatches - just had a go and it took just a few minutes (see attached)
