Windows 10 which is up to date 21-Apr-2021

Affinity Designer-1.9.2, Affinity Photo-1.9.2, Affinity Publisher-1.9.2

Starts to load-up and within a few seconds closes/crash all three applications are doing the same. No error messages popping up.

1) Repair using the built-in tool, which reports back saying: - Setup completed successfully.
When I try to open the program, it does the same as before within a few seconds' closes/crash.

2) Have completely uninstalled all three programs. Run SFC and found a corrupted file and fix it.

3) Restarted windows, reinstalled Affinity Designer and attempted to launch the program, the same problem as before closes/crash within a few seconds.

At present I can't use any of the programs. Help!

Hi @Bleuboyz Welcome to the forums.

The issue could be OpenCL related, check to make sure you have the very latest drivers installed for your graphics card. If your system has an Intel based graphics card you could try the following. Also check to see if you have any of the these apps installed as these are know to cause startup issues with our apps.

Thanks: The AffinityOclChecker worked for me.
