Topaz Sharpen AI and DeNoise AI plug ins grayed out Windows 10

Recommended Posts

I have Topaz DeNoise Ai and Sharpen AI (Ver 3.03). I have added them in Preferences and they show up in Edit.
However they are grayed out and do not run.  Windows 10 64 bit.  Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this?
Thanks
Gary

Are the documents you want to use them 8 bits (or perhaps 16 bits if the plugins work with 16 bits) and not 32 bits?

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

I wonder how many more times I will do that and with how many Applications which I have used for years / decades.
