21Pilots Posted March 31, 2021 Share Posted March 31, 2021 In Designer, I've made an artboard, marked guides (by dragging from rulers), but now I want the artboard to be made bigger (equal in all directions) but the guides move - for example I had a guide at 0mm (top corner) but that moves with the edge when I make the artboard bigger, but I want it to stay where I placed it. GarryP Posted April 1, 2021 Share Posted April 1, 2021 When an artboard is resized, the guides stay where they are relative to the top-left corner of the artboard. This is expected behaviour since the guides are part of the artboard and not the ‘background’ pasteboard. However, you can put objects on the pasteboard and snap to them, as you would snap to a guide, so you can probably use that instead. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
