Hello everyone. I've been having such a hard time finding a tutorial on how to create my own brushes after scanning handmade lines. I scanned the images at 1200 dpi and inverted colors. Then I sliced them in Export Persona as .png and then added it to the brushes to use. My problem is that I cannot remove the background from the images. Would love to read your thoughts on this. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forum @Chafi Charneco

Which app are you using?

In Affinity Photo you can use your images to make intensity brushes, so the black background will be transparent and the white will show as a brush stroke.

The screenshot above is from Affinity Photo, I created a category and then using your png files created the four intensity brushes: Chafi's Brushes.afbrushes
