Help on tables & picture frames in PUBLISHER

I am new to Affinity products.

Currently need help with Publisher.

I have the following questions;

1. Why cant I do a search in the forum only for help on Publisher?
2. Where can I find a tutorial on resizing picture frames & rounding corners in Publisher?
3. Where can I find a tutorial on using tables in Publisher?
