No one help?

I've got the same problem, black turns in to blue. No idea what settings to use for printing and no where to find the answer :( There are too many options to try them all out.

Hi @7OneStudio,

Our sincerest apologies for the delayed response here, we're currently working through a backlog of tickets, so many thanks for your patience and understanding.

So i have set up and ICC profile and checked everything over and all seem great until i go to print - then the preview is not the same as the settings - see screen shots..

I suspect this job is no longer required, however colour issues are usually caused by ICC profiles applied to your monitor, through your OS. Can you please confirm for me, do you have a custom colour profile applied to your monitor?

If you change the Colour Handling option to 'Performed by Printer', does this help resolve the colour issue you're seeing in the preview?

Thanks in advance!
