doughead Posted February 28, 2021 Share Posted February 28, 2021 I'm running Designer 1.9.1 on MacOS 11.1. Whenever I try to print a document, once the Print dialog appears, if I hit the RETURN key in order to complete the printing (i.e., instead of manually clicking the PRINT button), the program freezes and I have to force-quit it. If I manually select the PRINT button in the dialog, everything's OK; it's only if I hit the RETURN key on my keyboard that I have the problem. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens often. Staff Sean P Posted March 2, 2021 Staff Share Posted March 2, 2021 Hi doughead, I've just tried this myself a few times and every time I hit Return on my keyboard the dialog is closed and the document is sent to the printer. Do you use any forms of Printer Profiles at all? If so try selecting the 'Default Settings' one and see if that works.
