ASmith
I've cropped and resized a photo in Photo and am trying to copy and paste it to Viso, but when I paste I just get an empty box which is the right proportions to the image I copied. I've tried converting to a pixel layer, selecting all (ctrl+A) and then "Copy Flattened", but I still get an empty box in Visio. I can paste into Paint.net and get the image correctly, then I can copy and paste from paint.net, but obviously I want to avoid this. Any thoughts? Pšenda
Visio - menu Edit, Paste Special, Picture/Image (you have to try, according to your Visio version). ASmith
Thanks. Any idea why there's a difference between paint.net and photo?
Pšenda
Visio requires a certain image data format for the standard Paste, while Paint can automatic handle another format, which in Visio must be specified via Paste Special. And Paint then stores image data to the clipboard in the format in which Visio expects it for standard Paste. Using the clipboard content viewer, you can see for yourself in what format the application stores image data to the clipboard. https://freeclipboardviewer.com Quote Affinity Store (MSI/EXE): Affinity Suite (ADe, APh, APu) 2.4.0.2301 Dell OptiPlex 7060, i5-8500 3.00 GHz, 16 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630, Dell P2417H 1920 x 1080, Windows 11 Pro, Version 23H2, Build 22631.3155.
