Paint Roller and Ink Stamp Textures

Recommended Posts

Probably a dumb question but how do you load/use the Paint Roller and Ink Stamp Textures? After updating to 1.9 these were offered but I cannot seem to find them after downloading. I thought perhaps they'd show up in Brushes palette but I do not see them. I'm obviously missing something. Please advise?

Textures would be in the Assets panel.

I opened Assets panel but do not see the textures. Do they have to be imported into the panel? If so, where would the files be after download? I searched my machine for the specific texture names and for 'afassets' but get nothing... which is why I presumed they loaded when downloaded. ?! So these are not actually textures you can apply to brush or pen strokes?

Assuming they were downloaded by the new My Account feature, they are directly installed in the Assets paneld you would see them there as a category, e.g.,

If you look in the My Accounts dialog you can see whether they were downloaded, and you can see where you would find them:

What do you see in the Assets panel, and can you provide a screenshot? What application are you using?

And no, they're not something you'd use with a brush or the pen.

So, you've clicked on the iOS12 line and nothing else shows up?

Have you tried closing and reopening the application?

You're welcome.

I don't think you should have needed to close/reopen the application (and I generally don't need to) but perhaps there are some cases where it's necessary :)
