RainerH
Hello everybody, In a small document, I created a table of contents from the headings from level one and then noticed that I misspelled the name in a heading (Mr. Ald .... instead of Mr. Alb ...). I corrected the heading in the text and updated the table of contents. The wrong entry was replaced by the correct one in the table of contents. After the export to PDF, however, both table of contents entries were now available as bookmarks. How can I update a table of contents so that the bookmark entries are also updated during the PDF export? Even if I delete the table of contents and create a new one, the error in the PDF bookmarks remains. Even if I re-export the document without exporting the table of contents entries as PDF bookmarks, the one incorrect bookmark remains in the PDF. Does somebody has any idea? Thanks in advance Best regards Rainer (The names are deleted or striked out black)
RainerH
Oh nice, that isn't a desktop publishing software, that's a PDF bookmark creating software (see the attached files) I think I missuse the function, but I can not see what I am doing wrong. I'Ve safed the dokument before exporting the PDF and I've tried to delete and again crate the toc but nothing helps.
