Since I update my app keeps crushing. Some .eps files don’t open.

After de update the two document I’ve created don’t open. It says "Loading failed. unable to open the document"

It happened twice :( I worked for at least two hours in the first one, the other 10 minutes later the app crashed and then the loading of the document failed.

Hi BambiH,

With regards to the document that cannot open, did you use File > Place to place any files and then double tap Edit the embedded files? We've discovered an issue that can occur if the application is quit (such as the OS terminates the app in the background, you close the app from the list of open apps, or you use Cmd+W on an attached keyboard) whilst you're editing an embedded file.

Is it likely that you will have done this on those two documents?

The issue "If a document is closed on the iPad whilst editing an embedded file it will cause the document to fail to open again" (REF: AFD-5299) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.1.0.1769".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
