MiroslavRozic Posted February 6, 2021 Share Posted February 6, 2021 Dear people at Serif, I am experiencing issues in purchasing the software. I decided to purchase Affinity Photo and Designer. I have successfully purchased a new license for Affinity Photo with my credit card, proceeding to purchase also an Affinity Designer license. However, by error, I accidentally purchased another Affinity photo license (for which I will ask a refund as I do not need it). I proceeded to purchase the designer license, but all of my subsequent payment attempts were refused stating that "Your payment was declined by your payment provider. Please change the payment method and try again." Which is puzzling because I've used the same payment method for purchasing the licenses before and it worked just fine. Moreover, I called my bank, and they stated that "we have in our logs that you have correctly authorized your card multiple times however the online store did not proceed with transaction, it's most likely a problem on their end." I tried with a different card, to no avail. I am unable to purchase from your store by any method (which had previously worked ok). Please help. Thank you for your assistance.
