Junior.komo
Since updating my Mac to the new Affinity photo 1.9, I attempted to drag an image or place, but it wouldn't allow me to and I keep getting an error message. This is really troubling as I have to complete this project quickly. Can anyone help please?? Dan C
Hi @Junior.komo, Welcome to the forums Sorry to hear you're having trouble and my apologies for the delayed response here. I'm going to need some more information to investigate this issue, can you please confirm for me: What file format are you trying to place? What location are the files you're trying to place saved on your computer? Does changing the format or location for placed files change the behaviour at all? Does this happen in any document, or only certain ones? Have you experienced this error elsewhere, for example when trying to open, save or export a file? I'd also like to check the permissions the Affinity app has currently. Please navigate to System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy. In the left hand column you should see Full Disk Access & Files and Folders. Under either of these categories, do you see the Affinity application listed? Many thanks in advance!
