90-Day Trial Issue & Freezing MacBook

Recommended Posts

I downloaded each of the apps for the 90- day trial. I've only been able to use Affinity Photo. I cannot open any new documents in Affinity Designer or Publisher. I tried deleting and reinstalling and now it says I only have 6 days of trial left instead of 86. I have a Macbook Pro 16in running on macOS Big Sur 11.1. Can you please assist? Thanks

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @Samara C.

Can you give us a screenshot of the dialog you get when you start the application, please?

Hi @walt.farrell this is what I see when I try to launch both Affinity designer and Publisher. I saw a reply to my post saying that because its a one tie use key it doesn't work because I reinstalled?

Thanks.

If you've already tried entering your product key again then I think that IAmV0id was right, unfortunately, and that by uninstalling and reinstalling you've lost the 90-day trial.

You could sign up again using a different email address, which would get you a new set of download links and product keys for the 90-day trial. I don't think there's any other way.

If the program was freezing so much I wouldn't have had to uninstall it but I didn't think that I would lose the trial. Thanks for responding.
