Combined Help File Access

Recommended Posts

I use Studiolink within Publisher to access all 3 apps.  If I use the help (F1) it only provides access to Publisher help, I need to open the other apps to get help on their particular tools.  It would be nice to have the addition of buttons similar to Studiolink within the Help window to switch between the help for the 3 apps.

Just realised I posted this in the wrong forum, should be under Publisher Feedback.

Good idea, @RoryRu.

In the meantime, as a workaround in case you're not aware of it, when you're connected to the network, you can use https://affinity.help to access all the Help information.

You can also locate the Help files within the installed Affinity applications, and bookmark them in your web browser for when you're not connected.

For example, on Windows with Affinity Photo installed from the Affinity Store, they are by default in

Note, though, that the Photo and Designer Help files will describe a number of functions that exist only in the Photo and Designer applications, but are not in their Personas in Publisher. Ideally Publisher would have a modified version of the Help files, describing only those Photo and Designer functions that actually exist in the Personas.
