How to remove huge white border around a picture using Affinity On IPad

Hello,

My printer is printing photos with a white border around them, but I do not want a border.  The photos are set to the edge, and beyond the edge, and I’ve tried the bleed values, and a transparent canvas... Anyone know the trick with this?

What size photo?
What size paper?
What printer? 
if there is no border on your image in Photo, and the image is the same size as the print paper, then there shouldn’t be a border in the printed version. 
check your printer is not creating the border. What does it look like in Print preview, any border?

Oh thank you,, well, I think you’re right, it was the printer...  the printer didn’t like borderless printing on 8.5 x 11 on non-photo paper..   got it sorted now,,  thank you
