Photo and Designer Resize circle selection?

When I used Gimp you could resize the circle selection using four transform nodes.

Can you do this in photo or designer?

Of course, you can do that in Affinity Photo. Type Q to enter the quick mask mode or use the Quick Mask Button on the main toolbar, grab the Move Tool, and adjust your circle selection …  :)

But can you see the image underneath that you are trying to select with the circle.

Yes, the mask is semi-transparent. I just used a blank document for my sceen shot … here’s a better example …  :)
