1stlady Posted December 17, 2020 Share Posted December 17, 2020 I just purchased Affinity Photo last night as a download from the app store on my MacBook Pro. I used it some late last night, went to bed and this morning none of the brushes, etc. are working. Patch tools, healing brush, paint - nothing. I was never asked to set up an account and haven't received any type of email. However, my banking account was definitely charged the purchase fee. Help! ianhg Posted December 17, 2020 Share Posted December 17, 2020 As you purchased through your Apple ID I would remove the app from your laptop and then reload from your Apple account and see if that resolves the situation.
