Get error trying to validate Affinity on replacement laptop

Recommended Posts

I bought  Affinity Photo in June.

I am not a huge fan of post processing and didn't have a stable internet connection until a few weeks ago so I finally downloaded it on my replacement laptop.  I get an error validating it even though both the email field and the key are the same as stored in my Affinity account and on the email I archived.

This is extremely disappointing as I did take some shots with methods I had watched tutorials of and as a hard fan of post processing who knows how many months until I even am in the mood again.

I would attach files but as the most relevant would seem to be my key this seems a rather bad idea.   The email and the key stored in my account are identical and just in case I was missing an error in my email field I even tried pasting that and  it did not help.

Here I was thinking the only reason I'd need support would be to see if trials I never used on products I never got around to trying could be revisited but instead it's over a product I own.  I may hate post-processing but I think I had solidly hit the outer limits if what Picassa can do for my photos so your help would be appreciated.
