rodeobot
Can No Longer Erase In Pixel without "right-click -> Rasterize" first. I used to be able to just select the Erase tool, and begin erasing images in Pixel Persona. Now I have to select every image, and manually rasterize them. (Cannot select multiple images and Rasterize them all. Also Whenever I attempt to do a Layer Adjustment it adjusts my whole Artboard, and I need to then Manually put the Adjustment layer on the Layer I want it on. These two issues (May have been my son accidently changing a setting) have really slowed down my work flow! Haaallllpppp!
walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forum, @rodeobot. For the problem erasing: What kind of layer are you trying to operate on, as shown in the Layers panel? It would have to be a (Pixel) layer, not an (Image) layer or some kind of vector layer. For the layer adjustments, there is a preference in the Assistant Manager that controls whether adjustments end up above the active layer when created (which would affect everything below) or nested into the layer. thatGuy
You can directly erase from (pixel) layers only, (image) layers or vector objects need to either be rasterized to use the eraser brush or worked around via masking. Some of the above will be done automatically by the assistant depending on your settings walt.farrell
