Staff Lee D Posted October 14, 2020 Staff Posted October 14, 2020 What's happening when you try opening a document using File > Open from within the app and double clicking an existing file within the OS? If you receive an on screen message, what does it say? Are the files being opened stored locally or externally? Can you also start a new document File > New?
