REQ: shortcut keys to move paragraph up/down by 1 paragraph

For everyday work, I find it essential to have shortcut keys to move the current paragraph (or selected paragraphs) up or down by 1 paragraph. In Microsoft Word, Control+Shift+Up arrow and Control+Shift+Down arrow do this.

Please give ability to do this 🙏
