affinity design, publisher and photo no longer start

After the latest windows 10 update, it is impossible to start the serif programs. 
I tried to uninstall bublisher and install again but it doesn't work. 
I have installed the updated video card drivers but nothing happens.
clicking on the icons no program starts.

Can you check to see if you have any of the third party apps listed in this FAQ as these are known to cause issues with our apps. If you believe it was caused by a Windows update you can view the installed updates and remove one at a time and then test.

You can also check the following location for a log.txt file, this may narrow down the cause.
