Channel Mixer doesn’t show any options

Common mistake. You are looking in the Presets menu and you haven’t saved any , so it appears empty.

Switch to Adjustments menu and scroll down to the Channel Mixer adjustment. After setting it you can tap the right side of bottom context menu and you will see a Save Preset. This will save your settings into the currently empty preset folder.🙂
