Links become blurry and publisher crashes after exporting PDF

Looks to be rasterized at a very low resolution.

Check your export settings to make sure you are not rasterizing things that don't need to be: for example, if "Rasterize" is set to "Unsupported properties" it should only rasterize text if the layer is using FX or a blend mode or some such that is not supported in PDF.  If it is set to "Everything" then it will always rasterize.

If you need it to be rasterized for some reason, check the DPI settings.

 

If Publisher crashes that is a bug.  Search for a matching existing report and if you can't find one submit one on the bug forum for Serif to review:
