I entered the card details as usual, then pressed pay with card and then I had to enter a code that I received by SMS. When I confirmed this, there was an error message in red and it did not work. Nevertheless, the amount of 54.99 Euro was debited from my account twice and I did not receive a product key. Can you help me, what can I do ? Given the way that cards work, I think the money has not actually been debited, but is being held until the purchase is complete. The purchase failed and you got that error message rather than a product key. In a few days the bank will notice that the purchase did not complete and will make your money available again. In the meantime, I think you should contact Serif by email to affinity@serif.com and work this out with them outside the forums.
